Biased book

This is a very big book and I wish the authors research more into subjects and use authentic local sources. I read upon Hinduism section of the book and was hugely disappointed. They are very left leaning marxist menality sections. No wonder authors have writtem books on Communist and are professors in liberal college. What more one can expect. The section on Hinduism make India look like women hating male dominated society. There are some really weird descriptions of Hinduism which I will leave it to readers to read. This book is supposed to be for higher middle/high schools in California private schools. Sections of each civilization should be written by corresponding subject matter experts and not to discretion of leftist ideological professors. I am planning to have discussions with my kid to educate and make them critically think. Teachers obviously will be biased after reading such history books and getting brainwashed.
