A very frustrating book to use as a reference. Look for something better.

Unfortunately, this book, while sharing some authorship with Minecraft Recipes for Dummies, is pretty much a disaster. It is very poorly indexed and the subjects are in many cases given information that begs for clarity and completeness. Because of these issues I rarely use it. Also, the Dummies books suffer from poor construction. A well-used reference like this should not start falling apart after a month of use.

Perfect for all ages

Awesome book for the mother Minecraft "dummy" who wants to know what her son is talking about 24/7. It also gives so many cool tips and facts that my 8 yo son thought he already knew but didn't. Definitely recommend especially for younger kids and those who are not looking to build the complex structures that some other Minecraft books attempt to describe. Another awesome dummy book.

This is my Cheat Sheet and if I was in school I would be banned, because this book is excellent for dummies like me who know nothing about Mine craft and don't want to look like a fool. A must study for those who have open minds and love to build.
