About the Author
The cartoonist and illustrator Brecht Evens was born in 1986 and studied illustration in Ghent, Belgium. His debut graphic novel, The Wrong Place, started out as a graduation project and went on to win an award at the Angoul�me International Comics Festival. Evens's follow-up, The Making Of, was nominated for the Eisner Award and an Angoul�me award. His comics have been published in English, French, Spanish, German, Norwegian, Italian, and Flemish. Evens lives in Paris.

I also own a copy of Evens's "The Wrong Place", which is well worth buying - but this book is even more fascinating and the artwork is even more beautiful. The colors are gorgeous and the details are wonderful!
